I was under the impression that this would include using the balance board and other cardio exercises. Turns out that it barely uses the balance board and it is all boxing, that should be better explained. I will be giving it away, trading it in or throwing it out withing the next 24 hours

There is nothing cardio about this product. I barely got my heart rate up and I didn’t feel like it gave me a workout. In fact, I was getting frustrated by the amateur graphics and exercises. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless all they were looking to do was possibly learn how to punch.

Warning: Do not buy this if you are looking for a full workout or if you do not own the balance board.
I purchased this thinking that it was a full cardio workout. Boy was I wrong. This is a boxing game…the end. Although it’s fun at first and provides a little workout, overall for what I am looking for it was a waste of money. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is a fun game but if you are looking for a heart-pumping workout, I wouldn’t purchase this. If you are looking for a light fun workout to supplement your fitness, this would be a good purchase.

It’s an okay workout if you like boxing because that’s what it mostly is. There are some other exercises but I wasn’t real impressed
